yoga + a sound bath at WXI

You may have taken class with Andrea at one of many breweries around Boston or perhaps on a residential rooftop, but this class marks a special moment in her life: her first class back as a new mom ❤️ she is returning to WXI & teaming up with Omni Waves to make this an extra special session, combining breath work, movement, themes of presence, and the unique meditative component of a sound bath-savasana.

In conjunction with gentle movement, Andrea is excited to share the importance of remaining present, especially after needing this tool during one of the most challenging moments of her life. Class will be super beginner-friendly as she herself has only recently been cleared for physical activity aside from walking after her labor.

More about the class and space:

• Class is designed for all bodies & experience levels, including plenty of modification options and avenues for challenge
• Please bring your own mat as rentals are limited; rent a mat for $5 via Venmo or cash while they last; kindly DM Andrea upon registration to let her know if you'll be needing one; the floor of the warehouse is cement and not ideal without a mat so I would suggest bringing a towel as a last resort
• Parking is free on Sunday; there is a little lot right by the entrance area or street parking nearby; please respectfully factor in your commute time so we can all begin class right at 9:30
• $20 drop-in at the door
