Krissy Rand, of BalaBends Yoga, hosts Baby Yoga classes for babies 6 weeks-PREcrawling! Best for 1-on-1 baby-adult pairs* with babies who aren't master crawlers, we’ll help our little ones into yoga poses and developmental exercises while we sing & play.
Classes will be held twice a month. Registration for each month is required as space is limited.
*Registration: Our registration system is set to accept 1 baby + 1 adult pair. For parents of multiples, please register each baby with an adult partner. Registration opens 3 weeks prior to the first class of the month.
When you register you are signing up to attend BOTH classes that month.
