Together, we’ll break down foundational postures, sun salutations, breathwork, alignment, and transitions in a relaxed environment where questions are encouraged and nobody is expected to touch their toes.
Expect mindful movement, clear guidance, and space to move at your own pace while building strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence on the mat.
Whether you’re completely new, feeling a little rusty, or just looking for a solid foundation, Yoga 101 offers a fun and encouraging space to breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself—no experience (or flexibility) required.
