Yoga 101 at Colonial Gardens 🌿🧘♀️Hosted by Megan’s Yoga Tribe | Taught by Carly Duquette
Join us Sunday mornings for a peaceful Yoga 101 class in the beautiful courtyard at Colonial Gardens. This beginner-friendly class is perfect for anyone wanting to try yoga for the first time or return to the basics. Carly will guide you through simple poses, breathwork, and gentle movement to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected.
After class, stick around and enjoy the beautiful grounds at Colonial Gardens.
☕ Bonus: All participants receive $1 off a drink of your choice at Whistle Stop Coffee & Mercantile before or after class.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, class will be moved indoors at Colonial Gardens.
