YMCA Bright Beginnings - Kernersville Family YMCA

At the Y, we believe that every child should start the school year ready to excel. Unfortunately, there are youth in our community who start school without the supplies they need. Bright Beginnings aims to change that. With your support, we can help each child be positioned for success.
We need volunteers to shop with students on Saturday, August 1 from 7:00am-12:45pm. The Bright Beginnings experience includes a light breakfast before the bus ride to or from Walmart for a shopping spree with YMCA staff and volunteers. You must be 18 or older to volunteer.
There are three ways to make a difference:

• Donate New School Supplies!
Drop off new school supplies at the Kernersville Family YMCA from June 15–July 26.
• Sponsor a Child for $180!
