Part I: Yin Yoga (45min): We will use postures like Butterfly, Sphinx, and Melting Heart to "stop the body" and create ease in the physical and emotional layers.
Part II: Yoga Nidra (40min): Guided relaxation to withdraw energy from the senses and redirect it to the spine and Spiritual Eye where we experience our Inner Sanctuary, our Inner Haven of Peace/Stillness/Calmness/Tranquility
Part lll: Supper: We share a meal and go home fully
