Yin Yoga x Singing Bowl Healing Workshop

Age: 18 years old or above

Yin Yoga is a form of static stretching yoga where you will hold poses for several minutes, allowing your muscles to relax and your joints and connective tissues to stretch. At the same time, it helps calm the mind and allows for deep awareness of the body. The deep, resonant sound of Himalayan singing bowls aids in relaxation and helps tune the body. Yin Yoga and singing bowl thus become a perfect match for your health and wellness.

In this workshop, you will experience the combined power of Yin Yoga x Singing Bowls. You’ll also learn several Yin Yoga stretches, basic techniques for striking and playing the singing bowls and meditation methods using the bowls. Then get inspired and combine everything to creat a unique healing for yourself and your loved ones.

**If you have a singing bowl, please bring it along and practise together. You can also borrow the instructor's bowl for practice.

**Please bring your own yoga mat.

Jill is a certified yoga instructor and sound practitioner. She started her yoga journey and teaching in Hong Kong. Later on she found singing bowl a really good tool to calm her mind and help her find tranquility. She would love to share the benefits of yoga and sound to people who are looking for self care and wellbeing.
