Come early if you'd like to check out the shop or get a treat before class. Shop closes at 8pm. Class officially starts at 8:15pm. Get relaxed & comfortable on the floor. Enjoy long holds in yin style poses with breath and guidance through out the class. End with a juicy meditation and sound healing from gong and singing bowls.
