Yin Yoga with Chakra Meditation

Join us at Empathic Practice for a meditative movement experience designed to bring greater awareness for your Ajna or Third eye Chakra. Your guide, Mo, will lead the group through a curated movement series and breathwork techniques to allow each student to connect with their own energetic centers. During this hand tailored session, students will be invited to reflect and assess their individual experience to better understand sensations within their body that can affect daily mindset and habits.

Pace of class will be slow, emphasizing longer holds and deep stretches with themes of Wisdom, Awareness and Inner Guidance woven throughout the session. Students can expect a serene environment, light aroma and color therapy, hands on assisted stretching and intention setting. Class will end with a 15 minute guided meditation and sound healing to allow students to fully immerse into the session.

Class participants should bring their yoga mat and are welcome to bring any journaling materials or special yoga props for their session if desired, otherwise all materials are included
