Hi everyone! I'm Anna Carolina, and I'm here to guide you into the wonderful world of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga saved my life from anxiety and I want to give back to the world the benefit of this beautiful discipline.
With my experience in yoga and a passion for physical and mental well-being, I dedicate myself to teaching Yin Yoga with an approach that combines depth and tranquillity.
Yin Yoga is a practice that has deeply inspired me for its ability to relax and rebalance the body through passive postures, held for prolonged periods. During my lessons, I strongly emphasise listening to the body and adopting conscious breathing, allowing students to deepen their inner awareness.
In addition to teaching Yin Yoga, I love integrating meditation and mindfulness techniques to offer a holistic and complete experience. I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every student can explore, grow and relax.
I am excited to share with you my passion for Yin Yoga and to accompany you on this journey of discovery and well-being. I look forward to seeing you in my lessons to explore together the transformative power of this ancient and profound practice.
