Play is something we all too rarely do as adults. But being playful can add immense value throughout all stages of life. With the amount of stress in the world today I see an increased need to be able to take ourselves less seriously, play and have fun. Physical activity is very often put into certain rigid frameworks of isolated patterns, reps and sets. But what happens if we loosen up a bit and begin to play?
When we are in a playful state, we let go of expectations of ourselves, we are more present, curious and joyful. We are more aware of the moment and have better access to intuition. In play we improve our social skills, build empathy and trust, and play is also associated with enhanced learning.
And best of all - it's a lot of fun!
So join me for an afternoon of playful movement. We will explore the subject through various movement games and tasks as a group, in pairs and individually.

About me:
I work as a physiotherapist, bodywork therapist and Wim Hof Method instructor. I am very interested in holistic approaches to health and wellbeing and am passionate about movement, with experience in lots of different physical disciplines.
Needless to say that I love to play.
