• 20 hours of online learning with live weekly cohort calls (Jan 21–Feb 11)
• 30-hour in-person immersion at Coast Flow Yoga (Feb 20–23, 2026)
• Daily locally catered meals from Little Spoon
• Teachings on Yin theory, anatomy, energetics, and sequencing
• Guided by Melissa Enyedy & Leah Painter, E-RYT 500 Yoga Therapists and senior teachers
• Eligible for 50 CE credits with Yoga Alliance and applicable toward Coast Flow’s future 300HR program
