Experience a deep and mystical evening as you immerse yourself in a conscious circular breathwork experience guided by Melissa Lyons accompanied by the soothing and meditative melodies of Alcvin Ryuzen Ramos.This unique musical experience is designed to elevate your senses, release body-mind tension, and transport you to a state of deep relaxation.
Alcvin Ryuzen Ramos is a multi talented musician, composer and instrument craftsman, whose mastery and intuition composes the most beautiful soundbaths. He plays the Shakuhachi Japanese bamboo flute, Tsugaru Shamisen, and shinkin, three-stringed lutes, and is the inventor of the otherworldly Tenkan, overtone flute which is a hybrid of the shakuhachi and didgeridoo. Melissa 'Atma' Lyons is a yoga therapist, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator and pranic healer. She has been holding sacred space for seekers at Yoga By The Sea for 13 years and is passionate about supporting people through transformational somatic experiences.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
A transformative journey where breath & music become powerful tools for self-discovery and inner healing.
To begin, Alcvin will lull you in to a peaceful relaxation, followed by Melissa guiding you in to meditation and the HeartBreath journey. The whole experience will be supported with Melissa’s pranic healing energy work and Alcvin’s channeled percussion and music.
The HeartBreath journey will take you through a wave of sensation: opening softly, with more intensity in the middle, building up to a release. The tail end of the wave is spent in deep sivasana as the body integrates the healing experience.
