Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Yin Yoga is a quiet and meditative practice that focuses on long holds in passive postures. As a style of practice, it has become increasingly popular and a wonderful alternative to dynamic (yang) forms of yoga. This weekend will have you ready to dive deep into offering new styles of classes.
This is THE Yin training if you want to make sure your teaching is grounded in an evidence-based, contemporary understanding of the body and how we can teach in ways that are both informed and inclusive.
Our Yin Yoga teacher training is delivered by a physiotherapist and Senior Yoga Teacher, Stephen Byrne. Stephen has been teaching Yin Yoga with us for over a decade and has studied with Yin Yoga founder Paul Grilley. He has an extraordinary ability to communicate the anatomy of Yin to Yoga teachers in a meaningful way.
This Yin teacher training is amazing as we come together as a small group with lots of time for discussion and practical experience to make sure you know the actual anatomy and evidence.
The training will be held in person at the fully equipped Yoga Space studio, in West Perth, with an online introduction on Friday evening.

Yoga Australia CPD and Yoga Alliance CE points apply (18 points).

• Saturday: 11:00 am - 5 pm In-Person Afternoon tea provided
• Saturday: 9:00 am - 2 pm In-Person Morning tea provided
