As the days grow longer and the energy of summer begins to rise, this Yin Yoga session invites you to slow down, soften, and create space within both body and mind.
Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply nourishing practice designed to release tension in the body and calm the nervous system. During this 90-minute class, postures are held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to gently open while the deeper connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints gradually soften and hydrate.
Inspired by the ease and openness of early summer, this session focuses on creating gentle expansion through the hips, heart space, and sides of the body while maintaining a sense of grounding and calm. The practice encourages stillness, patience, and awareness, offering a powerful antidote to the busyness of everyday life.
As the body relaxes into each posture, the mind has the opportunity to settle, often creating a deeply meditative and restorative experience.
This class is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility. Modifications will always be offered so you can practice in a way that feels supportive and safe for your body.
Our studio is fully equipped with mats, bolsters, blankets, and props, so there is no need to bring anything — simply turn up, unwind, and enjoy the practice.
