A combination movement with long held Yin poses and gifts of wellness to start your day! Time spent with your body and mind in a truly relaxed and secure state provides lasting benefits. Yin is a practice of slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding floor-based poses for extended periods, typically three to five minutes, to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and tendons. This deep reset will include guided imagery to help you discover your most natural state of ease. All Bodies & Fitness Levels Welcome!
