Group Guided Energy Clearing and Sound Bath

Join Lynda Strong at Cedar Valley Retreat Center for a day of guided healing through meditation and sound.

You will experience relief in your mind and body when you experience this healing event. Allow the vibrations of the singing bowls, drums, chimes and more to bring you to a state of deep inner peace and relaxation. You will walk away from this experience lighter and more relaxed, and ready to focus on what is best for you.

There are three time options available for this experience. 9:00 - 11:00, 12:00 - 2:00, and 3:00 - 5:00. If you would like to come to more than one, please contact me to register and pay.

After your event, you will be able to enjoy the land at Cedar Valley after the experience and am encouraged to take some time to walk the labyrinth, hike a trail, or commune with the llamas.

Please bring a journal and pen, water bottle, yoga mat, pillow and blanket. You are also welcome to bring any crystals or other items that you feel you would like to bring, to have on your or add to the altar.

Sound healing is natural and safe but if you have a diabetes pump, pace maker, or other internal medical device, please consult your doctor before attending. There will be a waiver for everyone to sign at the event.
