'Yin Yoga for Renewal ~ A Four-Week Course' will begin at Lagom Health and Fitness in Warwick on Friday 9th January 2026.
The four sessions across January will be focused on restorative, gentle and supported poses that will allow for further emphasis on breathwork, mantra, mudra combined with other meditative strategies, such as visualisation. We will create powerful intention for the remainder of the year and start 2026 slow, finding a sense of deep rest in our sessions.
