Join me at the beautifully restored Wren Hall for a monthly practice designed to help you reset, reconnect, and step into each new month with intention, rather than drifting from month to month.Held on the last Friday of every month, this signature gathering blends gentle yoga, reflective journalling, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra sound journey. It’s a space to look back on the month that has passed, release anything that feels heavy, and gain clarity for the month ahead.
We begin with gentle yoga to soften the body and settle the nervous system.
From there, we move into guided journalling, exploring themes of reflection, gratitude, clarity, and intention.
We finish with a Yoga Nidra sound journey, allowing your mind and body to drop into deep rest while your intentions are gently integrated within.
Wren Hall holds a unique blend of historic charm, peaceful energy, and countryside stillness. It offers the perfect space for a monthly reset, a moment to pause, breathe, tune back into yourself, and stay aligned as you move through 2026 with clarity and flow.
It’s also a chance to connect with our local yoga community, to gather each month, celebrate our journeys, support one another, and create a steady sense of belonging as we move through the year together.
You will leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more aligned, with a renewed sense of purpose for the month ahead.
No previous experience is needed. You simply need to be able to get up and down from a yoga mat, lie comfortably on the floor, or sit supported against the wall for the meditation practice.
