As you soften into long-held postures, you’ll cultivate patience, surrender, and a profound connection to body and breath. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a quiet yet powerful practice for physical release and mental clarity.
The studio has bolsters and blocks; bring a blanket or two for extra comfort.
