Reiki is a non-invasive treatment in which you simply lay on a mat or sit on a chair, clothed, while warm gentle energetic touch on, or slightly above, the energy centers of the body help relax you from anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, trauma, etc. whatever ails you.
