About this Event

You are warmly invited to spend an evening in grounded, purposeful stillness.

What is Yin yoga?

a slow, meditative style of yoga that targets the body's deeper connective tissues. Poses are typically held for 3–7 minutes while the muscles remain as relaxed as possible. Instead of building heat and strength, the practice focuses on stillness, patience, breath awareness, and allowing the body to slowly release tension.

What can you expect in this class?

We'll open with breathwork and mental grounding, shaking off the stress of the day before starting our practice. Each posture is carefully chosen to serve a specific purpose in your body, with breath guidance throughout the entire practice. Optional hands-on adjustments will be offered to gently encourage a deeper sensation or to further facilitate tension release.

This is a gardening-friendly class! If you choose, you are welcome to bring your own candy or flower, as well as your gardening tools; a cozy outside space will be provided for you prior to class starting.
