Functional Yin Yoga classes facilitated by Fiona Ross
✨ Suitable for ALL levels including beginners ✨
The classes will be primarily floor based, with slow gentle movements targeting different areas of the body. This may support releasing tension from the body and calming the nervous system... gently shifting into rest/relax/digest mode (the parasympathetic nervous system).

Fiona has a background in Psychology and Counselling, with 20 years experience as a Therapist in body/energy work, and 200 hours trained in Yin Yoga in Thailand & UK. 1:1 Functional Yin Yoga sessions tailored for you are also available tailored for you at the Urban Wellness Hub.
✨"Yin in the Yurt" at Urban Wellness Hub will be returning in Spring 2025 - Classes from October 2024 onwards will be in our studio inside our wellness space in Bridge of Don ✨
