In support of Acupuncture Awareness Week 2025 I will be running an Introduction to Yin Yoga class on Monday 10th November.
Yin yoga is not Chinese Medicine but it shares a basic understanding of meridian theory. In this class we will explore the themes of Autumn 🍂 the Metal element and corresponding Lung and Large Intestine meridians.
Yin yoga is slow yoga. Poses are held for up to 3 minutes to enable muscles to release. I’ll explain more about it in the class.
