Bringing you closer to your inner self and connecting you to the ebb and flow of your breath. Just like the tide coming in, and out.
Ujjayi breath means ocean breath and during this workshop you'll be guided to keep that pranayama going, bringing your practice into a deeply mediative and calming oasis of peace.
Starting with a rhythmic and repetitive flow to regulate and soothe the nervous system as we ground and root. Connecting movement to our breath, so we can keep our breath at the same rhythmic pace throughout our practice.

`As we work through our vinyasa practice you'll begin to feel true meditation in movement as we synchronise our movement to our breath. Always coming back to the ocean breath work to calm, soothe, ground and empower.
