Join us for a deeply restorative and transformative journey through the chakras in this special Yin Yoga series enhanced with the healing power of flower essences.In this series, we will focus on one chakra each month. The chakras are the energetic centers of the body. This month's focus will be on the Root Chakra.
Using a gentle and meditative yin yoga practice, each pose will target the physical and energetic areas connected to a specific chakra; helping to release blockages, improve energy flow and restore balance.
To deepen the experience, flower essences will be introduced to complement and amplify the healing of each chakra. These vibrational remedies work on an emotional and energetic level to support transformation, grounding and connection.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact with the essences by placing them in their drinking water, enhancing their energetic alignment.
Expect long held, relaxing poses, guided breathwork, chakra visualizations and soothing soundscapes to help you journey inward. This practice is suitable for all levels and offers a holistic approach to physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
