Join Gayle and Allison at Nama for a give back class!! This class will be complimentary as our way of saying thank you for all the support and love you've shown!
We will start with a K9 therapy guided meditation as you focus on calming the mind and body and get a dog cuddle too! Crystals will be provided during this session as well.
You will be on mats with props for comfort and heated eye masks to tune into the present moment on a deeper level.
We will end class with a short Soundbath as Gayle plays her Soundbowls and other various Sound healing instruments.
