This is your invitation to join me for two-hours to down regulate and find the deep rest and restoration you’ve been looking for. I love offering this experience periodically throughout the year at times when I hear the whispers of the collective community really craving some down time. This is more than a yoga class, it’s a deep release, feeling as if you’ve massaged from the inside out, with practices you can draw into your life or simply join the divine bliss of this group practice each time it pops up.
Indulge your senses as you sink into gentle restorative postures with Yin Yoga, allowing tension to melt away and energy to flow freely. Then experience simple but profound breathwork to settle the mind. Lastly sink deep into yoga nidra with the healing vibrations of a carefully crafted soundbath where the harmonious sounds of crystal singing bowls and curated therapeutic sounds will envelop you in tranquillity.
