Join me for a nourishing 4-week journey designed to reconnect you with the most powerful tool you already have ~ your breath.This gentle, soulfully curated series blends the fundamentals of Breathwork with the deep rest of Yoga Nidra to support emotional balance, nervous system repair, and inner calm.
Throughout the four weeks, you will be guided through practices that restore your vitality and regulation, integrating somatic awareness, breath science, and intuitive wisdom. With care and clarity, Christalee weaves these elements into a space that invites you to come home to yourself ~ gently, deeply, and powerfully.
While the series is designed as a progressive journey for deeper integration, you are welcome to drop in casually. Whether you attend one session or all four, you will be held in a warm, supportive space where insight and transformation naturally unfold.
Each session will offer a spacious, welcoming environment to explore:
- Simple but potent breathwork techniques
- Breath awareness and nervous system regulation
- Guided Yoga Nidra (a form of deep meditative rest)
- Gentle integration and reflection
Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, fatigue, or simply seeking more connection and presence, this series will equip you with tools you can return to daily.

$60 - Full 4-week experience
$18 - Casual session pass (drop in to any week that suits you)
This series is intended as a progressive journey to help retrain and reconnect with your breath for optimal well-being. While you will receive the most benefit by attending all four weeks, please don’t let that hold you back - you are warmly welcome to join whenever you can and will still walk away with valuable tools and insight.
