The Mediterranean is a place of fun. Over the last few of thousand years, wine has been an integral part of the allure and mystique we associate with the Mediterranean. Short of going on an extended holiday, what could be better than sitting down to a long and indulgent lunch and getting to know a little better some of the varieties that have evolved around that temperate sea over the centuries. Some will be more familiar than others, but all have a rich and delicious story to tell and maybe a cheeky secret or two to share as well.The Matinée Cellar Series is a casual yet informative deep dive into some of the aspects and curiosities of wine we love the most.
Hosted in our underground cellar at Kalleske Cellar Door, we serve wines and lunch as we explore a themed tasting and guided examination of young and cellared wines
