Join us for a hands-on clinic designed to help you and your horse shine in the show ring. This session is ideal for riders and handlers who are new to the showing world and want to improve their presentation, ring craft, and understanding of competition requirements.
Format:
• Bring Your Horse – Hands-on practice; learn by doing, from plaiting to ring positioning.
• Visual Demonstrations – See correct techniques in action.
What You’ll Learn:
• Basic Rules & Ring Etiquette – How to move around the ring politely and professionally.
• Class Definitions - Clarifying terms like Open, Hunter, Novice, and more.
• Horse Presentation – How to lead, stand, and ride for both led and ridden events.
• Show Preparation – Plaiting, makeup, grooming, and turnout tips.
