Yin Yoga focuses on creating light compression/tension within the connective tissue - and over time - improves joint health. This also creates a healing and calm feeling while moving through the poses (3-5 minutes each) in a calming environment. Finding your zen.


*Instructor is Tami and is certified in Yin Yoga (only)
