Pilates Mat Class

Join us for a 45-minute Pilates mat class hosted inside Good Intentions and taught by Pilates House Studio. This all-levels, full-body class focuses on strength, core work, and controlled movement. Props like magic circles, hand weights, and a squishy ball may make a special guest appearance :)

Mats are provided, so just bring yourself, water, and sticky socks.
