Yin Yoga & Tea Circle in Simpatico Art Gallery

This event was created in devotion of taking a sacred pause for ourselves.

Fading out the noise of the world and inviting in deep internal stillness.

Within this 60 minute journey we will create a soft, still and gentle space to allow our body and mind to unwind and rest. Moving through a resorative and gentle yin yoga practice, breathwork and a meditation. To align depper with our center we will also connect with and sip on a cup of medicinal herbal tea, made by yours truly :)

Please come dressed warmly and comfortably, bring a yoga mat, blankets, water, your props(optional) and your beautiful self.

Doors open at 5pm, please feel free to come in early to admire the beautiful art.

Street parking can be tricky sometimes so plan to a little extra travel time in to find parking - doors to the event will close at 5:35.
