Start 2025 with reflection, intention and inspiration!

Join us to envision what we'd like to bring into the new year.

Intention setting is a powerful tool for personal growth and manifestation. They allow us to connect with our aspirations , stay clear and motivated, and actively pursue our dreams and passions.

In this workshop we will create our vision calendars for 2025, brainstorm what we'd like to accomplish, feel and create!

Calendars, markers, stickers and other materials will be provided for you to decorate your calendars for your visions, goals and good vibes! You will beable to take home this calendar and utilize throughout the year.

The Flow:

• We will start the evening with herbal mocktails and settle into our cozy wellness space.
• Sit through a quick but mighty meditation to align oursleves and envision our goals.
• Try out our vibroacoustic sound therapy throughout the workshop to balance your nervous system and spark inspiration!
• Start creating your calendar for 2025, writing any manifestations, drawings, put fun stickers to inspire you! Make it your own :)
• End the night with a non alcoholic champagne cheers to bring in the new year!
