Bask in the gentle glow of candlelight as you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.This intimate evening begins with 25 minutes of rejuvenating Yin Yoga—long, supported stretches designed to release tension, open the body, and calm the mind. We’ll then transition into 35 minutes of immersive sound healing with crystal sound bowls, harmonium, and light vocals, guiding you into deep relaxation and inner stillness.

What to Bring:

• Your yoga mat
• Optional props such as blankets, bolster, or eye pillow
• A few Mexican blankets will be available (first come, first served)

Set your intentions, surrender to the present moment, and allow this soothing combination of movement and sound to create a safe space for restoration and healing. Tea will be provided by the Little Herbal Apothecary.
