In this training, you will learn how to teach the ancient practice of Yoga from a trauma-informed framework to encourage a healing and embodied approach to the practice. The skills and tools learned from this training will be beneficial to teachers by creating a healing environment and decreasing the potential to cause unintended re-traumatization to students. Healing from trauma is possible and can be supported by our community by teaching from this trauma-informed lens.

Weekend immersions: October 17th-19th, Oct 31st-Nov 2nd, December 12th-14th, December 26-28th, January 2nd-4th, January 16th-18th, Jan 30th-Feb 1st, February 13th-15th, Feb 27th-Mar 1st, March 13th-15th…Graduation is on March 15th 2026!
