Experience a mesmerizing sound bath and let the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you guiding you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace. Slow down and create space for stillness with this yin yoga practice that targets the deeper connective tissue. This class will have you on the floor most of the time using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to stronger more dynamic (yang) styles of yoga and exercise such as running walking hiking and biking. Relax into deep stretches in this meditative yoga practice.
