🌿✨ This event combines three of the most relaxing modalities in a two-hour, deeply restorative afternoon session.🌿✨🧘♀️ After gently stretching the body and settling the nervous system with Yin Yoga, you will receive acupuncture needles to support grounded balance in your energy system. We then allow any remaining tension or mental chatter to melt away through a nourishing sound immersion 🎶
☯️ By weaving together Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga, and Sound, we invite Yin into our Yang-dominated lives. This is a practice of stillness, acceptance, and softness—meeting yourself exactly where you are 🤍

A SAFE & HELD SPACE 🤲
The session will be held in a safe and supportive container. When the body feels deeply relaxed, emotions may naturally arise as part of the release process 💧. Please be aware that it is important to be able to hold yourself and to take responsibility for the energy you bring into the space.

WHAT TO EXPECT 🌙
Yin Yoga (1 hour) 🧘♂️
We will hold relaxing poses in a passive way for up to five minutes. These longer holds create softness and flow in the muscles, fascia, and energy meridians, while inviting a meditative state and deeper self-awareness.
Acupuncture 🌿
During a restful pose (savasana), four very fine, sterile needles will be gently inserted at points chosen to enhance calm and balance. The needles will be retained for 20–30 minutes. Acupuncture is known for its calming and regulating effects on the nervous system.
Sound Immersion 🎶✨
A variety of sound healing instruments will be used, including crystal singing bowls, shamanic drumming, koshi chimes, voice, rattles, and soft lullabies—supporting deep relaxation and integration 🌊
🍵 At the end of the session, tea and a grounding nibble will be offered to help ease the transition back into the rest of your day.
