✨ Sound of Being – Meditative Sound Healing at the Dzokden Rimé Institute ✨Step into stillness and reconnect with your natural state of ease at Sound of Being, a deeply restorative sound bath held within the serene surrounds of the Dzokden Rimé Institute Buddhist Temple in Belgrave.
This immersive 60–90 minute experience invites you to rest, soften, and simply be.
Through the gentle resonance of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, voice, and the spaciousness of silence, you’ll be guided beyond thought into a quiet, expansive presence — the sound beneath all sounds.
As the body unwinds and the mind settles, many people find a renewed sense of clarity, wholeness, and inner calm. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a returning participant, this is a beautiful opportunity to nourish yourself in a sacred, peaceful environment.

What to Bring
We provide yoga mats and blankets, but you’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable — extra mats, pillows, eye masks, or warm layers.

• If you have metal plates, consider bringing extra padding for comfort.
