Yin Healing Yoga Meditation

Ready to rediscover your inner calm and connect with your true self? Our candlelit Yin Meditation class offers a beautiful journey to bring your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies back into perfect harmony and alignment.

In this special 90-minute experience, you'll be guided through a 75-minute unique sequence that includes breathwork, gentle stretching, and healing music. Each class is crafted with its own unique intention, creating a fresh and meaningful journey every time. As an added touch, your instructor will offer Reiki energy balance with light touch during the practice, further supporting your healing and alignment. We'll conclude with 15 minutes of grounding and community share, a wonderful opportunity to connect and integrate your experience.
