A 90-Minute Nervous System Reset + Exclusive Sleep Support Library
Join Jen Watson for a specialised 90-minute Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra workshop designed to regulate the nervous system and support deep, restorative sleep.
This extended session combines long-held, fully supported Yin postures with gentle breathwork techniques shown to reduce stress and muscular tension. The evening concludes with a 25-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation structured specifically to assist with sleep onset and night-time wakefulness.
As part of this workshop, attendees will receive exclusive access to a curated suite of five 25-minute Yoga Nidra recordings via the Physio Pilates Proactive OnDemand platform. These guided meditations are designed to support ongoing sleep regulation and can be practised anytime at home.
