Let yourself unwind in a truly special experience - a nourishing yin yoga class accompanied by the beautiful sounds of live cello and violin. There is nothing quite like the sound of stringed instruments, specifically the violin and the cello blended together in beautiful harmony. Join us this evening as two accomplished musicians and yoga students, Julie and Lynn, provide live music while we practice Yin Yoga. The violin is known to provide a range of emotions and the cello has a warm, rounded melody that is deeply layered and rich. The two blended together will be a very special treat. Enjoy long held Yin poses designed to work into the fascia, ligament and joints of the body - a very grounding and meditative practice. We look forward to seeing you at this special event. $25
