This is an invitation to soften, open, and reconnect with your heart.Join Laura Gotlin, certified yin yoga teacher, reiki master practitioner/teacher, certified sound healer, and Dr. Tenelle Wilson, AOM, DP, for a unique workshop blending long-held YIN poses with gentle acupuncture (PIN) to release stored tension, emotions, and energetic blockages around the chest, shoulders, and upper back—where we often carry the weight of the world.
As we focus on the Heart, you’ll be supported in cultivating self-love, compassion, forgiveness, and emotional balance while receiving Reiki in your energetic heart space.
Enjoy a deeply soothing heart-centered sound bath while in Savasana using crystal bowls, chimes, and healing frequencies to bathe your heart in vibrations of peace and renewal.
This class is perfect if you’re feeling disconnected, emotionally heavy, or simply ready to open yourself more fully to love—starting from within.
Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, softer, and deeply supported.
