Unwind as the sun melts into the horizon during this nourishing Sunset Sunday on the beach. We’ll settle into a Yin Yoga practice followed by deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, allowing the body to soften and the mind to fully rest.
We’ll close the evening sipping a handcrafted sunset mocktail, grounding into the calm of the ocean, sky, and community.
