About this Event

Yin and Restorative yoga with Lesya.

Join me for a softer and deeper practice that combines the principles of Yin, Restorarative yoga and Pranayama. 75 minute class to allow yourself to find deep relaxation and a medatitive state of mind and body.

I will also be encorporating sound throughout the class.

Matts, props and blankets all provided.
