Join Wendy Bird for an hour of connection to your mind, body, and spirit through yoga and nature. Practice with us in our beautiful yurt, handcrafted by a family in Mongolia, tucked away in the peaceful back woods of Stoney Creek Garden Center. This practice is gentle enough for all body types and experience levels and is welcoming to all religions, genders and nationalities. Whether you are new to yoga, been away from your mat for awhile, or looking for a yoga community, this gentle yoga practice invites and celebrates you exactly where you are.
$20 per person for this beautiful and enchanting experience.
