About this Event

Join Wendy Bird for an hour of yoga in nature to connect to your mind, body, and spirit. Practice with us in our beautiful yurt, handcrafted by a family in Mongolia, tucked away in the peaceful back woods of Stoney Creek Garden Center. This practice is gentle enough for all body types and experience levels. We welcome all religions, genders, and nationalities. Whether you are new to yoga, have been away from your mat for a while, or are looking for a yoga community, this gentle yoga practice invites and celebrates you exactly where you are.

This is a donation-based yoga practice by Wendy Bird, suggested donation $20. She hopes to bring additional practices and events to Yellow Springs and the surrounding communities.
