Alchemy for the closing of one chapter and the opening of another.
As winter folds us inward and the year begins to close, I invite you into a sacred space, where time slows, the body softens, and the heart finally has room to speak.
This gathering is a gentle pause in the midst of the holiday season, that dreamy Sunday evening between Christmas and New Year when the days blur together, so much food has been eaten, so many movies have been watched, and the spirit quietly longs for something real.
Together, we’ll honour everything this year has asked of us: the breakthroughs, the heartbreaks, the lessons, the endings, the rebirths. And then, with softness, we’ll alchemise it all into clarity, devotion, and intention for what comes next.

The Liminal Portal Between Years
The days between Christmas and New Year hold a magic of their own; stillness, softness, inwardness, rest. It’s a time when the outside world slows and the inner world becomes louder. This ritual embraces that liminal space, transforming it into a container for integration, clarity and renewal.
Post-Solstice Light
Just after the Winter Solstice, the light slowly begins to return, symbolising rebirth, new beginnings and the first sparks of future visions.
We’ll use meditation, intention work and sound to align with this slow, powerful re-awakening.
Ayurvedic Winter Alignment
Early Winter amplifies Vata - cold, stillness, dryness, introspection. We’ll work with warming cacao, grounding breathwork and soothing sound to harmonise the nervous system and nourish body and spirit.

*Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to give yourself time to settle into the space and gently land. Kindly note that doors will close at 6 :15 pm to honour the experience for all guests - late entry won’t be possible.

🔹 Important Information - Safety & Contraindications
This experience is crafted to support deep relaxation, emotional release and nervous system regulation. For most people, it is very safe; however, due to the intensity of sound frequencies, breathwork and meditation, this journey may not be suitable if you:
• Are pregnant (particularly during the first trimester)
• Have a pacemaker or other electronic implants
• Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Live with Ménière’s disease or a vestibular/balance disorder
• Have tinnitus or a strong sensitivity to loud sounds or vibration
• Are currently experiencing acute or unmanaged mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis, active PTSD episode, dissociation)
• Are healing from recent surgery, injury, or a condition where lying down for an extended period is not advised
• Have severe cardiovascular issues (due to the impact of breathwork on heart rate)
• Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational substances on the day of the event

We have space right outside of the entrance for you to offload, however we do not have free parking. You can find some spots on nearby roads and park for up to 4 hours. Or park at Holiday Inn just around the corner at a rate of £15 for 10 hours (paid at the hotel).
