Formed in the sun-baked deserts of Southern California, Yawning Man are true pioneers of the desert rock sound. Emerging from the legendary Palm Desert generator parties, their hypnotic instrumental music blends surf-tinged psychedelia, loose improvisation, and expansive, rolling grooves that helped shape generations of heavy and experimental music.
